Product Colors

While we strive to display the colors of our products accurately, we cannot guarantee the precise color displayed on your screen. Color variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors and device screens. Minor color differences are inevitable even between finished products in the production process. Note that actual colors may vary slightly from what is shown when you place your order, and no cancellations or returns will be allowed based on these variations.

Cancellation by Us

There are circumstances under which we may need to cancel certain orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons for order cancellations may include limited quantities, COD restrictions, errors in product or pricing information, or product defects. Additional verification or information may be necessary before an order is accepted. You will be notified if part or all of your order is canceled, and refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that no cash refunds will be provided.

User Cancellation

Requests for order cancellations are subject to our discretion. Ordinarily, cancellation requests received within 24 hours of placing an order will be accepted, and refunds processed in full. Funds will be reimbursed to the user's account within 5 to 7 working days upon receiving the necessary bank information. Cash refunds are not issued under any circumstances. Requests to cancel processed orders within the initial 24-hour window will not be accommodated. Adherence to our decision is expected regarding order processing after this period. No cancellations or refunds are allowed after 24 hours, except when circumstances align with the noted terms and conditions for chargeback requests on online payments.

Custom-Tailored Orders

Customized orders, including those involving plain sleeve additions, sheer area coverings, measurement adjustments, color changes, and embroidery requests, may incur additional charges. Sizes XS and below and XXL and above, and orders for early delivery are considered custom-made and non-refundable, exchangeable, or returnable. Availability and confirmation of customization requests are subject to consideration, with fees disclosed after customer communication. Custom-tailored outfits usually require two fitting trials to ensure the correct fit. Customers are advised to factor in these trials when planning timelines. Hand-dyeing processes for color customization may result in slight natural variations from dark to light shades.

Fitting Alterations

While we will address fitting issues due to production errors or incorrect alterations, alterations based on customer-provided measurements are not our responsibility. Additional alterations are possible at an extra charge, contingent upon resource availability and timeframe. Any alterations outside India will incur charges. Free repairs or alterations are available for non-discounted products within one month of purchase in India; afterward, charges apply. For discounted items, alterations always involve fees and require a quote examination.

Order Payment

Full payment is a prerequisite for order processing. Payments made through Cash on Delivery entail collecting the amount specified on the invoice. COD availability might vary for different pin codes. All COD orders undergo phone verification, and unresponsive customers risk order cancellation after three attempts. Advance payment may be necessary in some cases.

Cash Back and Loyalty Points

Cashback is issued as store credit, valued at 5% of the MRP, for non-discounted products. The store credit is valid for six months from the date of issuance and can be used by logging into your account. Loyalty points are not earned on discounted products or when using coupon codes. These points are valid for six months. Please consult the terms and conditions for detailed information on cashback and loyalty points policies.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your personal information (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any product sold on our site without express written permission from us.

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
