Ellemora Shipping Methods and Costs
Delivery Options
  • Domestic Shipping (Within India):
    • Free Shipping: Available for all orders within India.
    • Delivery Time: 3-4 business days from the date of dispatch.
    • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Bombay office.
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: Minimum of 7 days from the date of dispatch.
    • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Bombay office.
    • Shipping Charges:
      • Orders exceeding INR 15,000: Free shipping.
      • Orders below or equal to INR 4,000: Flat shipping charge of INR 2,000.
      • Orders between INR 4,000 and INR 15,000: Flat shipping charge of INR 1,444.
    • Live Delivery Status: Updates provided via WhatsApp and email upon dispatch. Additional order status information available from customer care upon request.
Taxes & Duties
  • For Indian Customers:

    Product prices include all taxes and duties.

  • For International Customers:

    Most shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Prices exclude import duties. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. Tracking Your Order
  • Shipping Confirmation: An email with a tracking number and link to the courier company's website will be sent once the order is shipped.
  • Order Tracking: Use the provided link or visit the courier company's website to track your shipment.
Custom Orders
  • Delivery Time: Communicated via email after order confirmation.
  • Possible Delays: Orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If delayed beyond 2 weeks, we will contact you to confirm whether to proceed with the order.
Order Preparation and Dispatch
  • Dispatch Time: Once prepared, orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.
  • Courier Services: We work with reputable courier services for timely delivery, though occasional delays may occur.
Product Fittings

Fitting Margins: Most products include a 1-2 inch margin for fittings.

Return/Exchange Policy
  • Eligibility: Return or exchange can be availed once per order.
  • Order Preparation: Delivery time starts from the date of order confirmation.
  • Inability to Fulfill Orders: If a designer cannot produce your ordered piece, we will offer an alternate option, store credit, or a full refund.
