Ellemora Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy
At Ellemora, we're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. To make your shopping experience seamless, please review our detailed exchange, return, and refund policies:
Refunds
- Refunds for delivered items will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges and Returns
- Unused, pristine items with original tags can be exchanged or returned for store credit with the original invoice, subject to our terms.
- Exchanges, including size adjustments, are subject to product availability and our approval. Customized products cannot be returned for another exchange.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns or exchanges.
- If an exchange is unavailable, store credit valid for 12 months may be issued.
- Return/exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery; later requests will not be accepted.
- Refunds will not be granted for sizing issues, as product sizes may vary.
Condition of Returned Products
- Items must be unused, pristine, and include all original tags/packaging, including any designer packaging.
- Unidentified returns may be sent back to the sender.
Non-Refundable Items
- Orders with any discount applied, custom-made items, and orders over 5 items (considered bulk) are non-refundable.
- Orders using gift cards, loyalty points, or discounted merchandise cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- You are responsible for shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
Exchange Process
- Customers can request exchanges within 48 hours of receiving their parcel.
- There is no return/refund on customized products.
- To initiate an exchange, email info@ellemora.com and expect a response within 2 business days.
- Exchange requests will be considered only if the returned product passes our quality check.
- To be eligible for a return, the customer must be located in India.
