Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards

1. The registered user may use this gift card to make purchases from our website, www.ellemora.com.
2. To redeem the gift card, the recipient must register on ellemora.com if they aren't already a registered user.
3. There is no way to exchange this gift card for cash.
4. If Ellemora has reasonable suspicions that the gift card has been used fraudulently, that the promo code is invalid, or that you are not the intended receiver, Ellemora reserves the right to reject any gift card.
5. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Gift cards cannot have their validity extended, nor can new cards be issued with balances from expired or unused ones.
6. Ellemora is not responsible for the delivery of a gift card to an invalid or nonexistent email address. The buyer bears responsibility for this.
7. This gift card is non-transferable and cannot be (i) used to purchase cash, gift cards, or credit notes; (ii) refunded; or (iii) substituted in whole or in part.
8. If the invoice value exceeds the value of the gift card, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance.
9. The value of a gift card can be used in multiple orders. Remaining funds can be used for future purchases, but the expiration date will not change.
10. Any unauthorized or fraudulent purchases made with this gift card are not Ellemora's responsibility. Ellemora presumes that the person presenting the gift card is the actual and intended beneficiary. The company is not required to verify whether the person presenting the gift card for redemption is the actual or intended recipient. Ellemora's liability for any claims arising under this gift card shall not exceed the value of the gift card.
11. The laws of India govern this gift card, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
12. If it is discovered that the gift card was obtained fraudulently or with inaccurate or insufficient information, Ellemora reserves the right to cancel it. In such cases, the funds will be credited back to the original source.
13. Ellemora reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the gift card terms and conditions at any time.
14. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
