Ellemora Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Ellemora, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. Please review our order cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Order Cancellations

• If we have begun processing your order, we are unable to accept any cancellations.
• Order cancellations made following the relevant terms and conditions will result in store credit rather than a refund.
• We reserve the right to approve or disapprove cancellation requests at our sole discretion.
• If we receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours of the order being placed, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your bank account details.
• We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
• Orders that have already been processed (including those within the first 24 hours) or orders where the cancellation request is received after the first 24 hours are not eligible for cancellation.
• Whether an order has been processed is at our sole discretion, and you agree not to challenge our decision in this matter.
• You will not be able to cancel and receive a refund once the first 24 hours have passed.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

• Custom made and made-to-order products.
• Orders placed using store credit.
• Unstitched items like Dupattas and Sarees with unstitched blouses.
• Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.
• Products purchased in any sale or promotion organized by Ellemora.
• Products identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

3. Returns and Exchanges

• Any damage to the product during transit from the customer to us is not our responsibility.
• We do not entertain cancellations for any orders.
